Great experience with TCB. They handled the insurance company getting all needed work approved and paid for.

Truly a real blessing, everybody were professional. They showed up around 7 small and was done that afternoon, there the type of company you can trust to never give u any douth in there work. They all did there jobs and then some. To put them at any standards, it would have to be at the top, where all other companies would only dream to work like them. 😇🤠

Although the insurance claims dept was awful, and it took 7months to finally get approved for a replacement roof, I know that it would not have happened without Frog at TCB elite. The most responsive and persistent customer service I have ever received. He guided us 100% along the way on how to battle the insurance company to get our roof replaced in lieu of spotty repair repairs. TCB was in and out in one day, meeting all Specs with great craftsmanship and Professionalism.
